snack - 2 blocks 1c milk 1/3 protein bar 1 mac nut
Dinner - 4 blocks, but may be over a bit in carbs 1 tsp olive oil 1 slice pizza, no crust (1f, 4P, 1C) salad, cucumber, tomato, chick peas 1/2c ice cream 1oz vodka
Total 11 blocks, plus a bit of carcs. Don't know block for pizza Again not tasting of the kids meals...

August 10th breakfast 2 blocks 1/2c cottage cheese- I think I eat a lot of this stuff :) 1/2c blueberries, may soon become blueberry girl in the chocolate factory 1c strawberries 6 almonds
