Crossfit WOD and killed it for me... 55# 22.15 minutes

Dinner - 4 blocks, but may be over a bit in carbs
1 tsp olive oil
1 slice pizza, no crust (1f, 4P, 1C)
salad, cucumber, tomato, chick peas
1/2c ice cream
1oz vodka

Total 11 blocks, plus a bit of carcs. Don't know block for pizzabiggrin Again not tasting of the kids meals...
