Sunday 2/21:                     
Lunch: 4 oz tilapia (2 block Protein)
            Yogurt        (1 block Protein, 2 blocks Carbs)
            2 c. asparagus  ( 2 blocks carbs)
            Olive Oil      ( 3 blocks fat)
Snack: 1 apple       (2 blocks carb)
            yogurt        (1 block protein, 2 blocks carb)
Dinner: 6 oz. chicken w. 1 tsp oil   (6 blocks protein, 3 blocks fat)
            2 cups broc/caul  (2 carb blocks)
            2/3 cup mandarin oranges ( 2 carb blocks)
Snack: 1 oz chicken    (1 block protein)
         1 tsp peanut butter   ( 3 fat blocks)

Total for the day:   11 Protein, 12 carbs, 9 fat

Starting today we figured I would go to 12 blocks because of my increase in attendance at the gym.

Monday 2/22:
Breakfast: 4 egg whites (2 blocks protein)
1 slice of FF cheese ( 1 block protein)
1 tsp EVOO ( 3 blocks fat)
3/4 c. nat. applesauce ( 3 blocks carbs)

Lunch: 3 oz. tilapia (2 blocks protein)
1 tsp olivio (butter) (3 blocks fat)
1/2 c. yogurt ( 1 block protein, 2 blocks carbs)
1 c. broc/caul (1 block carb)

Snack: 1 oz. chicken (1 block protein)
1/2 c. salsa ( 1 block carb)
1 c. broc (1 block carb)

Dinner: 5 oz chicken ( 5 blocks protein)
1 tsp EVOO ( 3 blocks fat)
1 cup broc/caul ( 1 block carb)

Snack: 9 almonds ( 3 blocks fat)
3/4 c. nat. applesauce ( 3 blocks carbs)
