August 6th
1/2 cup amarath flakes, 1/4 cup plain soy milk
3 buckwheat pancakes with 2 tbsp butter
1/2 Tomato with 1/2 cup Mozzerella cheese
12oz french onion soup
1/2 pound bison burger, 1 white bun, 1/4 cup sauted onions
1/2 cup strawberries and blueberries mixed
8oz summer leek soup, 2 chicken legs, 1/2 glass of wine, 1/4 cup pasta with butter and parsley

August 7th
3 overeasy eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 espressos with 1/4 cup soy milk
1 corned beef reuben sandwich
1 apricot
1 espresso with 1/4 cup soy milk
3 slices of whole wheat pizza (small slices)
5 apricots
12 oz steak rare
1/2 cup roasted peppers and broccoli
1/2 cup salad with balsamic vineger and olive oil

August 8th
1-1/2 cup Amarath flakes and 1/2 cup soy milk
10oz steak, 3 oz sea bass
5 buckwheat pancakes, 3 scrambled eggs
3 espressos with 1/2 cup soy milk
12oz steak, 1/2 cup salad with balsamic oil and vinegar

August 9th
2 eggs overeasy, 1/2 cup oatmeal
2 buckwheat pancakes
1/2 cup strawberries
2 espressos with 1/2 cup soy milk
2 slices whole wheat pizza
3 chicken legs with onions, potatoes
3 cups of stew = tomatos, zucchini, potatoes
3oz calamari
1 bisuit with 1/2 cup peachs

August 10th
3 eggs overeay
2 espressos with 1/2 cup soy milk
2 pieces white toast (i was feeling sick so had to eat this)
2 chicken legs, 2 cup vegetabel stew = tomatos, zucchini, potatos
1 slice whole what pizza
6oz steak, 2 cups vegetable stew = tomatos, zucchini, potatoes

August 11th
1/2 cup oatemeal, 1/4 cup strawberries & peachs mixed
3 espressos, 1/2 cup skim milk (lactaid)
6oz sea bass, 6oz steak, 1/4 cup calamari salad
6oz cheese
1/2 cup broccoli di rabbi, 4oz cod, 2 pieces chicken with onions and roasted peppers, 1/2 piece pizza pie with Zucchini and eggs

August 12th
1/2 cup Amareth flaks with 1/2 cup skim milk
1 espresso with 1/4 cup skim milk
6oz sea bass, 1/2 cup salad
1/4 cup strawberries
4 pieces of chicken, 1/2 cup rissotto with saffron, 1/2 cup broccoli di rabbi
