4 scrambled eggs
1/2 cup rabbies
2 espressos
protein shake
10 oz cheese
3 cups salad, 8oz salmon, 3 tbsp dried cranberry, 2 tbsp almonds
1 decaff espresso
8oz salmon, 1/2 cup roasted eggplants

July 24th
1/4 cup amareth flakes with 1/2 cup soy milk
2 eggs overeasy, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 3 espressos
6oz prosciutto
4 pieces Italian Bread
1 clementine
1 espresso
REstaurant dinner - salad, baked scrod, calamari fried, steamed green beans

July 25th
4 scrambled eggs
1 cup coffee with skim milk
1/4 waffle (4oz)
1/4 cup oatmeal
tuna fish sandwhich on whole wheat
6oz orange juice
4oz swiss cheese
8oz frontina cheese

July 26th
5 overeasy eggs
1/4 cup musseli
clementine
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberry
12oz steak, 6oz aspargus, 4oz roasted peppers
4 espressos with 1 cup soy milk

July 27th
10oz steak, 6oz asparagus, 4oz roasted peppers
2 pieces of homemade Italian Pizza
1/2 cup green beans and potatoes
8oz meat balls
8oz Italian Frittata with zucchini
2 nectarines

July 28th
3 scrambled eggs
6oz deli Turkey
2 clementine
12oz crab cakes
1 scallops and bacon
4 cold shrimp
4oz Swiss cheese
small piece Italian apple cake and Lemon cake
1/4 cup roasted peppers
1/4 cup green beans and potatoes
taste of Red Wine
1 cup salad dressed with Olive oil and Vinegar
