Randy's Food Journal- and what he is CRAVING


Sunday  7/12- last day of vacation

Breakfast
1 cup blueberries
1 cup yogurt
2 cheese sticks
18 almonds
1 cup skim milk

Lunch:
1 can tuna
1/3 tsp mayo
1 1/2 cups blueberries
1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter-Peter Pan, not that natural sugarless crap

12 blocks so far for today. Post dinner later on.

I am DYING for something chocolate-y!

Dinner:

6 oz grilled chicken breast
tossed salad with balsalmic vinegarette
2 whole oranges
2 tbsp peanut butter- again, Peter Pan, not the natural crap

Snack:  1 cup blueberries
             1/2 cup cottage cheese
              6 almonds

Breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal
4 cheese sticks
12 almonds

Lunch:
4 oz deli chicken breast
2 oranges
12 almonds

Dinner:
6 oz chicken breast
tossed salad with balsalmic
2 cups strawberries
2 tsp peanut butter

Blocks:
16/16/16

I have a busy day at work and I got home around 8 and ate dinner and then crashed- no motivation to have that last 2 block snack.
