I know I know...I'm totally off balance here. I eat a lot of vegetarian stuff so I'm not getting enough protein in lately. I'll fix that. Plus, I think that beans should be partially protein - many have more protein than carbs.

Um...I had popcorn for dinner. I do that sometimes. I know it's not the best idea but I can't help it. It's my favorite food ever. Call it my cheat for the week, I suppose. popcorn butter 3c/5f
I'm soooo off this week. I haven't had 2 spare seconds and have been working until midnight and eating 1 meal each day, if I'm lucky. Here's the synopsis:
Wed, Thurs and Fri - I was pretty on track, similar to past weeks. Staying around 9p/10c/7f
Saturday: cantelope cottage cheese
apple
homemade marinara with grilled veggies, shrimp and calamari
8p/9c/6f
Sunday: 1 slice french toast w/ lite bread fruit salad
chicken breast - deli veggies
cheat - not bad, though. just some extra wine and ribs. :)
Monday - Wednesday: Literally one meal per day but healthy. My snacks have been an apple here and there. I know it's bad but I'm working non-stop, it seems. I apologize to my team! I'll get back on track soon - just in time for my vacation. ugh!!
Hey Lisa - Try to get your proteins up to the 11 blocks. I know its tough when your working like crazy -- but stock up on those cheese sticks, the babybel cheese (1 block ea.) maybe some turkey, ham, cottage cheese. It will help get you through those long days!
