ok- i've been feeling weak and run down. i'm trying to cf 4x per week, cfe 2-3x per week and ride 3x per week. i need to up my activity level factor and i am therefore going to 21 blocks and will be shooting to keep carbs higher - going 4 / 4 / 4 instead of 4 / 2 / 6
Add a snack b/w 8 & 9pm. I think you are going too long between meals at night. 10-12 hours some days. Read the zone book - they tell you to have your last snack after dinner, to avoid going that long with nothing in your system.
I was at m/c races all day so I just ate when i could and paid no attention to time, but what i ate throughout the day was- 3 balance bars, 2 oranges, 1 banana, 3oz beef jerky, cashews.... 9 / 12 / 12

at this point, i've basically put on the weight i've lost back on. 21 blocks is too much for my activity level... at least this week it was (could not recover enough to do more). i am switching to 18 blocks... will stay there for the remainder of challenge.
