7/10/09 7:30- 3 egg whites, 1.5 oz cheese, banana, peanut butter- 3 bl 12:30- Chicken lettuce wraps- 3 oz chicken spices, lettuce, asparagus (1 c) with some sauce. (At a restaurant, so I assume there was fat in the cooking process.) guessing 3 bl 6:00- 2 lettuce wraps (leftovers...I am sooo boring or lazy) 2 bl protein and probably 2 bl fat 7:00- 3 glasses wine...my cheat 3 bl carbs 9:30- string cheese (2), oatmeal raisin cookie (1), 6 almonds- 2 bl total
7/14/09- weighed myself this morning- and while not working out at crossfit, have lost 5 pounds since last Monday! Happy about that.
7:15- the usual- egg whites, cheese, banana, peanut butter- 3 bl 11:00- 1 cookie (not a craving..work related....very delicious), had 1 oz lowfat cheese to offset and get the sweet out of my mouth!)- 1 bl 12:30- spinach salad w black beans, peppers, 3 oz chicken, 1 tbsp dressing- 3 bl 5:00- string cheese, grapes, 3 almonds- 1 bl 9:00- 2 oz chicken sausage, 1 egg, spinach and black beans sauteed in 1 tsp oil.- 3 bl 11 bl total

Afternoon- as best I can say...5 tortilla chips, some dip, 2 "quesadilla like" rolls- 1 inch wide, 10 edamame pods, 6 oz wine- guessing around 4 bl carbs, 4 bl fat (dip), 1 bl protein
Cheat meal- Dinner at 6:00- 4 oz chicken, potato salad (small amount), 1/2 c broccoli casserole, 1/3 c barbecue beans, 10 grapes, 1 peanut butter cookie, wine
Before the cheat- 4 bl protein, 7 bl carbs, 7 bl fat
