1oz cheese stick
~1'' cube vanilla cake
~1" slice of cookie fruit pizza thing

4 oz talapia
1c green beans
2c greensalad

4oz white wine
walnuts ~tsp
cheese stick

2 eggs with ~tbs taco sauce

1/2 c grapes
cheese stick
~tsp walnuts

1oz chicken
1/4c beans and rice
4oz hamburger
1 1/2 c green beans
1/2 tbs olive oil

very small piece of frozen pizza(approx 1" slice)
3oz hard cheese
lettuce
2 slices of tomato

4oz wine

6/20 and 6/21 didn't do bad but did not stick to zone at all

1choc kiss, 1 mini reese cup. approx 5 m&m's
approx 3oz of hard cheese

I tried to be as good as possible. I did refrain a lot

Now this is where I need an intervention....where are my team mates. I fell off the wagon completely and ate an unbelievable amount of hersheys kisses

This was not a good zone day for me.
The only thing I can say I did right today was that I worked out in the am and then took a 5 1/4 mile walk in the evening
