cheeseburger pie made with lean hamburger, chedder cheese, bisquick, skim milk and eggs. green salad 1c I sort of calculated the blocks and i'm going heavy 5p4c3f 2oz wine 1/2c and yes I measured it out 11p 12.5c 12f

Now this is where I need an intervention....where are my team mates. I fell off the wagon completely and ate an unbelievable amount of hersheys kisses
This was not a good zone day for me. The only thing I can say I did right today was that I worked out in the am and then took a 5 1/4 mile walk in the evening

2eggs 2p 1wrap 8" 3c cheese in eggs-I don't think a full oz but I'll say 1p to be on the safe side 9 almonds 3f I feel like I shouldn't eat any fat today but I don't think you can carry over bad fat right. that wouldn't be zone correct would it
