This forum has gotten dead. Anyone out there? Let's get back into it. Post your comments about the WOD or anything you want to see in there in the future.
There's a group headed down to the CrossFit Games Northeast Qualifiers in Albany in two months, so if you see some people working out like animals....it's a good bet their one of em'.
Clean and Jerk was great. Heavy and technically difficult. There's a lot I need to work on but it feels good to be getting stronger. Anyone with me.
I agree...I think we should continue to communicate via this forum. It keeps me motivated. I like to see what everyone is doing. Seeing WOD results gets me pumped and I need that these days.
Meaghan's run was awesome - thanks to everyone for coming out. I might have skipped it due to the weather if it not for everyone being out there too. My calves are crazy sore but that's all, thanks to the WODS we've been doing all winter.
I look forward to doing another group event. anyone else but me and mary?
Had fun with the crowd at the race. It's fun to be part of a group. My time was horrible but all for a good cause. Today we did OHS. I did 80# which is my personal best. I say nice job to Julie and Sidney who did 95#....You guys are beasts....
Started out at CF hating OHS. Mostly cause they hurt my shoulders alot, they were awkward, and tough on the old ego.
Now, oHS's are still awkward but challenging in an athletic way. I can feel their benefits and the genuine effort that they require to improve them. I did 145#, a PR, and watched others do some mightier weights for their first time along side. Nice. Ditto on the beasts.
e- Hey, glad to hear you have made great progress. I finally came back from my back injury- it was a long month to go without Crossfit! Keep up the good work!
