I saw this on the website. This will hurt!
It's called Crazy 8s:
8 Pull-ups
8 Push-ups
8 Deadlifts 135lbs
8 Knees to elbows
8 Front Squat 95lbs
8 Push-press 95lbs
8 Box jumps 24" min
8 KB swings 1 pood
8 rounds for time.
