you guys know how i love thrusters and high pulls and just about anything that involves getting gassed by throwing heavy barbells around, right? how's this for some saturday?
it's a relay race... probably 2, maybe 3 people to a team. we'll start at the trail and sprint to 95# barbells on the opposite end of the parking lot. round 1 is high pulls, round 2 is thrusters, round 3 is clean and jerk :)
