I am still hurting 4-hours later. That was a killer my for arms are still throbing . I liked the way that Joe watched every pull up for propper form. It really sucks having to re-do them but I know it gives us a much better workout. I have not been sore like this since I first started cross fit.

ha ha - i hated this workout. gina stuck around to keep me honest and count every rep... any surprise i was last on the day by 5 minutes? damn double unders!
Andy--the chest to bar on every rep was impressive! Personally, I thought my chin was much higher or my neck much longer. Do overs in pull-ups aren't much fun.
