2/20-  Food Log- Laurie

Meal 1- egg wihites (4), 1 oz reduced fat cheese, 1 orange, 1/2 c grapes, 1.5 tsp peanut butter- 3 bl

Meal 2- Taco Salad- Ground turkey (4 oz), lettuce, tomoato, black beans, peppers, tomatoes, salsa, avocado- 3 bl total

Meal 3- Chicken (3 oz), spinach salad - artichokes, peppers, tomato, onion, garbanzo beans, 1 tbsp dressing- 3 bl total

Meal 4 - string cheese- 2 oz, 1 c grapes, 15 almonds- 2 bl total-

Total for day- 11 bl, no poor choices- 3 Points!

2/21 Food Log- Laurie

Meal 1- egg whites (4), 1 oz reduced fat cheese, 1 orange, 1/2 c grapes, 1.5 tsp peanut butter- 3 bl

Meal 2- 1c beef chili, tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce, peppers, 4 oz beef, 1/2 oz cheese,
guacamole- 3 bl

Meal 3- 3 oz chicken, salad w- cucumbers, lettuce, beans, spinach, and avocado, 1 tbsp salsa- 3 bl

Hi Laurie,
I have been logging all my meals on paper, and since we don't have to log them on here this go-around--I will probably just keep logging on paper. Although--I am glad I did post those first 2 days so Gina could set me straight on poor carbs list. Good luck!
