Tabatas rock! I am always insanely sore the next day, but I love them. It is hard to go through one of the tabata WODs without getting totally wiped out... at least it is for me! smile.gif

And I agree that it great doing a WOD like this where you are teamed out with someone to offer constructive criticism, and to push you to get another rep or two that you probably wouldn't get otherwise!

I hear you guys- I did the best ever on Tabata today than I ever have.  Although my chest is sore from all the pushups we have done over the last 2 days.  It definitely makes a difference having your own personal trainer yelling at you to do a rep or two more.

I thought it was great, too. Jeff and I teamed up and I said to him that I thought 4 rounds might not be enough...little did I realize we were doing two rounds of four.  Do you know how tough that was to hear Joe say "Get ready for the next round!"??? Ouchie...  But I'm always glad I did it.
