Gina, I'm finding that I'm eating all my blocks by about 6PM leaving me pretty hungry for the rest of the evening. I would like to drop a few body fat points so I have not been eating 2X fat throughout the day. Should I continue this way, or will upping the fat to 2X not work against me?
Steve - Try going up to 18 blocks. BTW - I don't think you really need to reduce BF%, is there a specific reason you have that goal? I don't think the 2x fat would work against you -- but try the additional blocks for now. Particularly if you are doing other activities in addition to CrossFit. Gina
Hi Gina, I am not really posting my food log anymore--but I am still on a great track to finish strong as far as body fat and weight go. I think I may actually get to 10 pounds lost by the end of this thing...we will see! I am not writing down everything I am eating, but for the most part my eating habits have changed drastically and my clothes fit great--I am loving this...thanks to all you and Joe inspire us to do! -Staci :)
