Julie--thanks for the message. It's Monday morning and my glutes still ache from Saturday's workout...but in a good way! I may not have eaten any candy on Halloween, but I caved in last night...3 bite size bars-- 1 Kit Kat, 1 Take 5 and 1 Nestle Crunch! Yum, but Ugh! Today starts a new week!
