July 16th

8:00am 4 scrambled eggs

                2 espressos

                4 strawberries

12:00pm 10oz steak

                1 cup roasted vegetables

                ½ cup Risotto with peas

                1 espressos

1:00pm 15 peanuts

4:00pm yogurt

5:30pm decaff espresso

8:00pm mixed salad with fruit

                10oz chicken French

                ½ cup steamed escarole

                2 tastes of red wine

                1 fried calamari ring

                ¼ piece of bread with butter

 

 

July 17th

8am       3 eggs

                ½ cup amaranth flakes

                2 espressos

                2 Clementines

 

10:00 protein shake

1:00 10oz meatloaf

                2 cups of mixed salad

                5oz roasted eggplants

                ¼ bread

                ½ croissant

4:00pm 6oz meatloaf

                1 cup mixed salad

8:00pm ½ cup pulled pork with barbecue sauce

 

July 18th

6am 1 small green apple

8am 3 eggs over easy

                3 espressos

                ¼ piece of bread

 

10am ½ cup Amaranth flakes

                6oz grilled tuna steak

                ¼ cup roasted peppers

                ¼ cup sautéed rabbis

                2 scrambled eggs

 

1:00pm 3 slices of prosciutto

                3 slices of Cappicola

                4oz Parmesan Cheese

                1 small roasted artichoke

                1 Clementine

 

5:00pm 8oz grilled Chicken breast

                8oz Sausage

                ½ cup of pasta with sauce

                1oz sweet potatoes

 

July 19th

8am       ½ cup oatmeal

                2 scrambled eggs

                3 espressos

 

                18oz grilled chicken breast

                ½ cup pasta with sauce

                10oz steak

                3 cups salad

 

July 20th

8am ½ cup Amaranth flakes

                2 espressos

                1 Clementine

 

                12oz chicken breast

                ¼ cup sweet potatoes

 

                Peanut butter on wheat

 

                1 cup carrots

                12oz chicken breast

               

                2 cups mixed salad

                1 cup stewed vegetable mix (zucchini, eggplant, peppers)

 

July 21st

8am       3 eggs over easy

                ½ cup oatmeal

                8oz chicken breast

                1 cup yogurt

                1 Clementine

                8oz chicken breast

                Eggs with Zucchini

                1 piece of Rabbi/egg Tella (translation pizza pie)

                1 piece of Chocolate

                ¼ cup mini pretzels
