wod "less is more"


-bar hang for time
-pushups=time converted to reps (30sec=30 pushups, if >1min x 10 1min=10 pushups round up of course:)
-L-sit hang for time
-situps same as pushups if <min seconds converted to reps etc
-single arm hang
-single arm overhead barbell press reps calculated as above
-repeat hang and press sequence with other arm
