Take a look at this link to a news clip they did yesterday on CrossFit. Short and sweet, not sure why they didnt come to see Joe, but maybe next time.

A lot of those health segments are syndicated. One station produces it and sells it to affiliate stations across the country. Looks like that one was produced in Cincinnati.

In the article, they did put a link to crossfitrochester.com so that's a good thing.

Maybe there's an opportunity to contact WHAM and see if they want to do a follow-up with a Rochester facility! smile.gif

My wife has worked with WHAM (Norma Holland) on some of her own theater productions in the past. She could probably pitch something to her for a morning segment. They are always looking for something interesting to cover in their morning slot. I think it could be win-win.
