For those of us working on our kipping pull-ups, this video, from the Crossfit main site (www.crossfit.com), has two good messages.
1) Even the crossfit divas struggle with kipping pull-ups sometimes (she was pounding out those thrusters, very impressive!) - but had a bit of trouble on the pull-up bar. Libby won the 185# deadlift/burpee competition doing 5 rounds of (5) 185# deadlifts and (10) burpees, in 3+ minutes.
2) Watch this girls form its really, really good, she has that exact little scoop with her knees and hips to get herself up over that bar (that we all need!)
