i was trying to fit it in the next couple weeks, but it'll be tough with more than 4 people... gotta figure it's gonna take a while and 2 min rest is not enough time to squeeze in a 1000m row. I've got an idea for a variant... i'll add it on :)
hmm - i had it in the plan to work muscle ups on saturday... infused with some hoover ball and other medicine ball games. might as well work "Nate" into the picture :)
