I saw one that I thought was interesting... A list is comprised of various exercises. Each person will pick the exercises they are the weakest in an develop a WOD from those exercises.
There is various exercises under each section... main lifts lifting bodyweight lifts Gymnastic oriented moves Etc.
OK, so we did this today, myself for the first time. Burpees KILLED me, but I am happy that I finished it all. Maybe we can go six months before we do this one again! Thanks Celso!
It was one of the toughest workouts I've done so far. I agree, Randy, we can wait another 6 months to do it again. I'm beat. I think I'm going to sit back and down some vodka cranberries for the rest of the afternoon and evening. Bye Bye
With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
No I did not know, and I am happy I had this seminar in NYC and I got to miss the filthy fifty! Although, I am sure you will have something diabolical for when I get back!
